10X Ammonium Buffer Composition

Tris-HCl pH 8.5, (NH₄)₂S0₄, 15 mM MgCl₂, 1% Tween 20

Storage Conditions

Buffer is stable at room temperature and 4^°C.  However, for long term storage, it is recommended to keep the buffer frozen at ‑20^°C.
