3-D Life 10x CB Buffer (pH 5.5)

Description

10x CB pH 5.5 (catalog #B10-3) and 10x CB pH 7.2 (catalog #B20-3) buffers are for the gelation of 3-D Life PVA-Hydrogels or 3-D Life Dextran-Hydrogel. 10x CB pH 5.5 is the buffer of choice, unless the cells need to be protected from exposure to pH5.5. If using only 10x CB pH 7.2, gel formation occurs very rapidly at high hydrogel polymer concentrations. Using both buffers to achieve an intermediate pH can be used to slow down the gelation speed.
