Description

Designed for use with ShellPa, Menicon’s Mechanical Cell Strain system. This package of ten 4 cm^2 chambers features:

• High elasticity & restorative ability

• Material: silicone (PDMS=polydimethylsiloxane)

• Observable through its extremely-thin (0.4 mm) & transparent base with a light microscope,  fluorescence microscope, or confocal laser scanning microscope

• Disposable

• Ready to use after being coated (e.g. fibronectin)
