Description

TAf7 transcription coactivator interacts with the largest subunit of the TFIID protein complex. The TFIID complex binds to the TATA box in promoters targeted by RNA polymerase II. TAF7 is responsible for the recruitment of BDF1 to TATA element containing promoters.

Western blot 1:500 dilution

Not tested for other applications.
