The GenNext® NGS Library Prep Kit is a kit for preparing a library for the illumina® next-generation sequencer from fragmented double-stranded DNA and PCR products. By using this product, you can prepare the library easily and quickly. This product ligates the T-overhang adapter after terminal repair and 3’end adenylation of a 1 ng-1 μg double-stranded DNA fragment. If the amount of input DNA is small and the library needs to be amplified, a library with an adapter sequence at the end is low-biased using a high-accuracy PCR enzyme developed using a genetically modified KOD DNA polymerase.
● Simple and quick operation flow
The process from terminal repair and 3’end adenylation to adapter ligation can be performed in the same tube. End repair and 3’end adenylation can be done in 15 minutes and adapter ligation can be done in 15 minutes. Library amplification can be performed in a cycle of annealing 10 seconds and extension 15 seconds.

● Low-bias library amplification
Library Amplification Master Mix used to amplify the library uses a highly accurate PCR enzyme developed using a genetically modified KOD DNA polymerase. The effect of GC bias on amplification is minimized, and various regions can be amplified uniformly.
* Adapter and magnetic beads (for adapter ligation and purification after library amplification) are not included. You can use adapters commonly used in library building, such as Illumina ® TruSeq TM.
