Components

10X Ammonium Buffer (MgCl₂ Free):       10 x 1.5 ml

10X Mg²⁺ Free Ammonium Buffer Composition

Tris-HCl pH 8.5, (NH₄)₂S0₄, 1% Tween 20.

Storage Conditions

Buffer is stable at room temperature and 4^°C.  However, for long term storage, it is recommended to keep the buffer frozen at ‑20^°C.
