General Description

AS ONE 10X Mg²⁺ Free Buffer for general purpose amplification with AS ONE Taq Polymerase.  Magnesium free buffers are recommended for optimizing Mg²⁺ concentrations, especially lower than 1.5 mM.

Storage Conditions

Buffer is stable at room temperature and 4^°C.  However, for long term storage, it is recommended to keep the buffer frozen at –20^oC.
