3-D Life Dextranase allows degradation of 3-D Life Dextran Hydrogels (catalog # G90-1, G91-1, G92-1, G93-1, and G94-1). It contains dextranase from Chaetomium gracile, which cleaves glycosidic alpha-1,6 bonds of dextran. It works at temperatures from 20-65°C at a pH of 3.5-8 with an optimum at 57°C and a pH of 5.5-7.
