Research studies have shown that bone marrow cells can be differentiated into osteoclasts using M-CSF (Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) and RANKL (Receptor Activator of NF kappa B Ligand).Our Human Osteoclast Culture Kit (PMC-OSC15-COS) consists of frozen osteoclast precursors isolated from human bone marrow, wash medium, and culture medium that includes M-CSF and RANKL. This kit is ideal for evaluating osteoclast formation and activation.
